Dr. Soham Banik is a Consultant Orthopaedic Trauma and Joint Replacement Surgeon with around 10 years of clinical experience, specialising in knee and hip replacement, primary and revision arthroplasty, complex trauma, and peri-prosthetic fractures. He has trained and worked at high-volume tertiary centres across India and Germany.
Dr. Banik completed his MBBS from prestigious IPGME&R and SSKM Hospital, Kolkata, followed by MS in Orthopaedics from Government Medical College, Nagpur. He subsequently obtained his DNB in Orthopaedics and was awarded MNAMS. He has undertaken specialised arthroplasty fellowships at Laud Clinic, Mumbai, under Dr. Harish Bhende and Padmabhushan Dr. N.S. Laud, and at OCM Klinik, Munich, Germany, under Prof. Robert Hube.
